Returns + Damages

DAMAGED ITEMS: 

All damaged items must be reported within 5 days of receiving the item. Please email us with a photo attached. If you contact us after 5 days of receiving your damaged item, you will not be eligible for a refund or replacement. 

RETURN POLICY: 

Unworn and unwashed merchandise (excluding  accessories and final sale items) can be returned for a full refund or exchange 21 days of your item(s) delivery date. All returns must be submitted by emailing our return department at hello@olivivasshowroom.com and your order number in the subject line. 

EXCHANGES:

Your exchange order will ship within 3-5 business days AFTER your return has been processed.
